You can search for a Paper under its: Title, Author, Keywords, Abstract, Year, or Session, and the results will display all the found details in a single page.
You may continue the search through other categories.

It is suggested to use a single word to minimize the search results.
Words separated by a space can be used only when they are part of the Author name, Organization, or Title.
Do not separate words by a / or search for different terms together (SoC Analog etc.,).
To get near accurate matches for certain terms, you may add a blank space before and after the term. E.g.   SoC  
Paper/ Title: Part of the paper title or particular terms.
Author: Name or organization or place (e.g. Ashok or IIT or Bangalore)
Keyword: Keyword related to paper (e.g. BIST or DFT or FPGA)
Under Keyword search, enter Download to get a listing of Invited, Keynote and other available files.
Abstract: Term included under a paper abstract.
Year: 2005 etc., for a listing of papers under the particular year.
Session: The technical session under which a paper was categorized.
Terms are not case-sensitive.
Covers paper details since VDAT1998.
Currently, Abstracts are available since VDAT2002.
